Strength Development

A general strength and hypertrophy program designed for women 40+ at a beginner level - you should complete this program prior to starting Evolve Strong Teams if you have no/limited experience with a barbell. This program is 8 weeks long months long. At the end of this program you are encouraged to begin Evolve Strong: Teams, provided you feel ready to do so. This program is *not* designed for competitive olympic weightlifters or powerlifters, but rather for women who want to build a general base of muscle, strength, mobility, stability, and resilience, for their longevity and health, and commit to a process over the long term. This program has 3x30-45 minute training sessions per week comprising two compulsory sessions, and a third optional session.
